Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
If habitual, Aesthetic Artistry has the right to charge the cost of the full service, redeem a membership treatment or cancel your contract at any time.
We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call or text to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.

A credit card is required for all membership enrollments and the card will be charged at the beginning of each month. Accounts may be subject to a late charge of $25 if their account is more then 30 days late on payment. It is the clients responsibility to update all CC's on file.
There is a $25 enrollment fee.
Each Membership is on a automatic 12 month renewal.
All membership benefits are only for active members in good standing and only during the term of their membership.
If you would not like to renew your membership, you will need to provide Aesthetic Artistry with a 30 day written notice of your cancellation prior to your renewal.
Membership treatments cannot be shared, transferred, rolled over to the next quarter/year. Aesthetic Artistry will make it a priority to get you in, but it is your responsibility to schedule your appointments. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your money if you skip a month however we will try and make it up. Please speak with management.
If you choose to cancel your membership after 30 days, in the middle of it or for certain circumstances, Aesthetic Artistry will require a $250 cancellation fee and no further or banked treatments can be used once processed.
To Freeze a membership you will need to provide Aesthetic Artistry a written notice from when to when you would like your membership to be frozen. The maximum amount of time a membership can be frozen is 3 months. No treatments can be used or banked during this time. To freeze your membership, we do charge a $50 monthly fee.

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, most major credit cards, and Aesthetic Artistry gift cards/certificates.
Treatment prices and Membership pricing are subject to change without notice.
The Aesthetic Artistry gift card/certificate contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card/certificate cannot be used to purchase other gift cards/certificates or in conjunction with other specials. The card/certificate must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Aesthetic Artistry gift card/certificate is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused Balance will remain on the card/certificate. This card is non transferrable and Aesthetic Artistry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the card/certificate. Gift cards do not expire. Please call the spa to check balances. Spa packages are non-refundable.

To ensure that all our clients enjoy their visit, please keep noise to a minimum. All clients are required to turn off all cell phones or place them in silent mode upon entering the Spa.
Clients are prohibited from conducting any of their own business activities on premises, and from soliciting other clients or staff for any reason without the prior express written consent of the Manager.
Aesthetic Artistry reserves the right to remove any client from the premises and/or revoke/suspend/terminate the membership of any member who fails to follow Rules and Regulations or for any reasons of nuisance, disturbance, moral turpitude or fraud. Refunds will not be provided in any of these instances.
Aesthetic Artistry is required to treat all people with dignity and respect. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, disability, political affiliation, marital status, membership type, age, sexual orientation, etc.
Minors between the ages of 12 and 18 must have a parent or guardian in the service room throughout the entirety of the minor’s session, and this parent/guardian must fill out the Spa paperwork for the minor in the presence of a Aesthetic Artistry employee.
The minor must be booked with a service provider of the same gender the minor identifies with unless the parent/guardian specifically requests otherwise.
Aesthetic Artistry cannot be responsible for minors left unattended in the Spa.
